"Proactive Syndicate immersed themselves in the day-to-day of our operations and understood our business. Meanwhile, Proactive was able to look forward, strategically, at the big picture."
Health Simulation Company, NYC
CEO

Proactive Syndicate was tasked with Process Improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle, overseeing Project Coordinators and the work of 14 professionals working in Technology, Animation and Instructional Design.

Proactive took ownership of the operational side of the business which freed me up to work almost entirely on Sales, Marketing, PR and New Business Development. We have a unique work environment that not only includes Technology, but Animation and Instructional Design. Proactive took the initiative to learn and understand the Animation and Instructional Design processes, documented it, and was then able to map out future projects accurately with this new understanding.

We would be juggling 12 and 16 projects (of various sizes) at any one given time. Each employee was kept at full productivity and rarely was overtime required.

Ours is a highly collaborative environment. Proactive kept the communication going amongst the team. They would escalate issues to me that required my input and propose multiple solutions with each solution’s pros and cons.

Proactive Syndicate immersed themselves in the day-to-day of our operations and understood our business. Meanwhile, Proactive was able to look forward, strategically, at the big picture. The Proactive team gave people clear objectives that allowed them to do their work, to learn from their mistakes and Proactive respected their contribution.

"Thanks in large part to Proactive’s efforts, we now have sponsorship-level vision, support and credibility – likely all the way up to Bloomberg’s core Terminal business unit – to help build an entirely new line of business."

"Proactive has met individually with Commissioners to clarify program goals and vision. Proactive served as the liaison between the City and Duval businesses."
Letter of Commendation, Key West, FL
Mayor

“Mall on Duval” is a Duval Street Promenade pilot program that was developed to give Duval Street businesses a needed economic boost and create an atmosphere to bring locals back to this famous street.

Proactive Syndicate met with over 300 businesses on Duval Street to gauge support for the program and answer questions. Proactive has met individually with Commissioners to clarify program goals and vision. Proactive served as the liaison between the City and Duval businesses, evaluating site surveys and site challenges.

Proactive created the initial logo and name “Mall on Duval,” formed a not-for-profit corporation to benefit the local businesses within “Mall on Duval,” raised funds, developed a marketing plan to include social media, brochures, press releases, print and radio ads and street banners, and coordinated all necessary permits. With Proactive’s input, surveys were developed to monitor and quantify ongoing program success.
